Low Carb, Keto-Friendly Garlic Biscuits

I stumbled upon this recipe trying to make a keto-friendly flatbread and decided to change it up!

I decided to separate the dough into mini balls instead of a flatbread, and what came out was a crispy outside with a tender cheesy inside.

These glazed garlic butter cheddar biscuits are low-carb and delicious!

They taste similar to the Red Lobster cheddar biscuit! Don’t keep your hot sauce in your bag! theHealthish SWAG!

Serve them to friends and watch how these low-carb, keto-friendly biscuits surprise those keto and non-keto biscuits lovers.

Remember, I cook it, I eat it, so I know you’ll love it!

Ingredients

Serves: 12 biscuits

2 cup - Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup - Almond Flour 4 Tbsp - Lite Cream Cheese 2 Tbsp - Garlic Powder 2 tsp - Baking Powder 1 tsp - Salt (optional) 2 Eggs 2 Tbsp - Butter, melted 2 clove Garlic, minced 2 Tbsp - Fresh Parsley, chopped 2 Tbsp - Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and grease or line a 12 muffin baking sheet.

In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Almond Flour, Cream Cheese, Garlic Powder, Baking Powder, and Salt. Microwave on high until cheeses are melted, about 1-2 minutes.

Next stir in eggs to the dough mix.

Time to use your hands. Shape dough into a ball and tear off twelve even balls and place each ball into the twelve muffins greased baking sheet. Smash them down just a little to form biscuit.

In a small bowl, mix Butter with Garlic, Fresh Parsley, and Grated Parmesan Cheese. Spoon mixture over top of the twelve biscuits.

Bake until golden, 12-15 minutes

Let them cool just a little because they are delicious warm! Enjoy!
