#BagAppetit: Chicken Parmesan with Stir-Fry Veggies

It’s 2021, and #theHealthish is looking to try new recipe ideas that match people’s lifestyle! 
Not everyone can or wants to cook a meal from scratch! Most of you work long hours and just want to go home and Netflix & Chill!
I know this,....so this year I'm going to include some BAG APPÈTIT! #bagappetit
#BagAppetit are dishes you can cook using packaged food! Packaged food to me are foods in bags or cans that we can throw together to create simple meals in 30-40 minutes.
Why not start with Meatless Monday?
Remember, I cook it, I eat it, so I know you'll love it!
INGREDIENTS:
I used the following packaged food:
- Kroger Simple Truth Meatless Crispy Tenders - Taylor Farms Lemon Pesto Veggies w/ Pasta - Fresh Spinach, Kale, or Collard Greens - Sliced Parmesan Cheese
- red pepper flakes
- cilantro
- In a bake sheet, add the Meatless Crispy Tenders. Bake them for 20 minutes (flipping them halfway through) at 425 degrees 
- Cook the Lemon Pesto Meal kit per directions on the bag. This should not take more than 7-10 minutes. 
- Once the Meatless Crispy Tenders are done, add a slice of Parmesan cheese over crispy tenders and broil for 1 minute. 
- Plate the lemon pesto linguine and veggies in a bowl and add the Parmesan tenders on top of the linguine. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and cilantro.
